In the biological sense, an animal, or human is one that has completely developed. Adults are a social concept and also a legal notion in our world. In contrast to a person who is who is not considered to be an adult or "minor" legally adult has reached majority which makes them independent as well as responsible and competent. It is possible to refer to them as"major" or "major". The average age at which you can attain the legal age of adulthood is 18 although definition may vary by laws, countries and the level of development in psychological terms.

Adulthood is the time that an individual has reached maturation in both physical and mental growth. Adulthood is typically believed to start around age 20 or 21. The middle age begins at about 40 years old and is followed by the older age of around 60. The three main stages of adulthood are the early years (from mid-30s through late-60s) and middle adulthood, from mid-30s until late-60s and then later adulthood (mid-60s through the time of death). When we reach the early stage of adulthood (between 20-40) the bodies of our children have reached their full maturity even though our weight and height could increase slightly. In early adulthood our physical abilities are at their maximum. This includes muscle strength and speed of reaction.
